Register for Class

Unless stated otherwise, all LSM courses must meet the course’s student class minimum 30 calendar days before the class start date in order to make the class. Should a course not meet the minimum number of registered students, registered students will be given two options: (1) The individual may receive a 100% refund, less any online transaction fee(s) or (2) Students may request that payment be used as credit towards a future LSM course (which must be used within 12 months of the original class date.)

LSM Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the following:
- LSM in-person open-enrollment classes
- LSM Virtual classes or LSM Virtual Annual Memberships
- “One-on-One with Doc” sessions

Even if paying with an LSM Gift Card, each attendee/student must meet any prerequisites for that class if they wish to attend.
If using LSM Gift Cards towards a hosted class, give us a call during business hours and we’ll get it sorted out.

LSM Gift Cards expire after two calendar years from date of purchase.
